Disclaimer of warranties / limitation of liability (payments)

We, as a merchant, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Taxes and pricing

GSB Helmet aims to show clear pricing to the customer at checkout. Applicable taxes (such as GST or other levies) may be included or shown as required by law. Sellers or parties fulfilling orders are responsible for remitting applicable taxes in line with the product category and regulations in force.

Risk of loss

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon GSB Helmet's (or our fulfilment partner's) delivery of the items to the carrier, in accordance with our standard terms of sale and the delivery option selected.

Force majeure

GSB Helmet shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the website or fulfilment of orders, where caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation policy

  • Before dispatch: You may be eligible for a full refund of the product value as per our return and cancellation procedures.
  • After dispatch: Standard cancellation/refund rules apply; post-dispatch cancellations may not qualify for a full refund. See our Return & Cancellation Policy for details.

Complaints and product issues

Quality / not as described: If a product is found to be materially different from the description, we will work with you to replace it where appropriate. Return freight for the affected lot may be borne by us, and a replacement may be sent at our cost, subject to verification.

Damaged in transit: Where possible, do not accept visibly damaged goods. If you must accept under urgency, please note the damage clearly on the courier’s proof of delivery or transporter documents before signing.

Please report quantity or damage issues with supporting photographs by email as soon as possible. We may refund, credit your account, or replace defective goods after review.

  • If you cancel an order before dispatch, eligible payments may be refunded in line with our policy.
  • If the shipment has already been dispatched, refunds (if any) may be subject to deduction of shipping or handling charges as applicable.
  • For manufacturing defects, goods may be replaced or refunded as appropriate after inspection.

These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery & Shipping Policy, and Return & Cancellation Policy. If anything in those documents conflicts with mandatory law, the law will prevail.
