Delivery & Shipping Policy

Your shipping address and PIN code will be verified against the serviceability information used by GSB Helmet and our delivery partners before you proceed to pay for your purchase.

If your order cannot be fulfilled by our delivery partners or the merchant network, or if your area is not on the serviceable list, we may ask you to provide an alternate shipping address that we expect to be covered by our partners or merchants.

In the event of any dispute regarding shipment or delivery to an area that is not confirmed as serviceable by GSB Helmet or our logistics partners, GSB Helmet will not be responsible for non-delivery of the product or service.

If you book multiple orders for products and services in one transaction, GSB Helmet will endeavour to ship all items together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics (for example, size, hazmat rules, or split inventory) and logistics constraints.

When you purchase multiple products in a single transaction, all items will be dispatched to the one shipping address you provide at checkout. If you need products sent to different addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address.
